Mr. Kingsley Buabeng (FINANCIAL SECRETARY)
Kingsley Buabeng Eduah is my name, am form Gomoa odina in Gomoa west destrict of central region in Ghana. I completed Saint Johns school in sekondi – takoradi where l read business in 2008. By dint of academic excellence, I was enrolled into University of Cape Coast in 2009 to read Economics, Management and Sociology and did a combined major Economics and Sociology with Second Class. I was posted to teach Economics as my National Service, after National Service I was employed as Sub – Consultant at innovation Service Limited as Human Resource Audit of the Ghana Public. Some in collaboration with the ministry of finance and the controller and Accountant General Department, in 2015 l had an admission to read Mphil in Agricultural Economics and , I have been into student leadership right from basic school till now .during under graduate I serve at departmental committees, valco Hall linguist, traditional Council, s Rep, student representation committees and committee GRASAG as the Financial Secretary.
Mr. Ebenezer Kwesi Armah-Ansah (ORGANIZER)
Ebenezer Kwesi Armah-Ansah is the last born of six children born on the 2nd day of July. He is a native of Anomabu, a town in the Central Region, and started his basic school in Winneba Uncle Rich Preparatory School then to Cape Coast Montessori. He completed his BECE in 2005 and proceeded to the Ghana National College, Cape Coast. In 2009, he gained admission to the University of Cape Coast where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Population and Health, 2013.
Ebenezer has held numerous student position from basic school to the University. In 2004/2005, during his basic education in Cape Coast Montessori, he was a deputy head boy. In Ghana National College, during the 2007/2008 academic year, he was the deputy dining hall prefect as well as the Organizer for Ghana Methodist Students’ Union. He also became the organizer for Ghana National College Old Students Association (Nananom UCC Branch) in 2010/2011, Organizer of Population and Health Students’ Association (POPSA UCC) and the President of Ghana National College Old Students’ Association (Nananom UCC Branch) in 2011/2012.
After completing first degree, he had his national service at the School of Medical Sciences UCC in the Department of Community Medicine and later worked at the Area Head Office of the Church of Pentecost, Cape Coast, as the Assistant Secretary to the then Area Head, Apostle Albert Amoah in 2015.
He had admission to the University of Cape Coast to further his education in Population and Health in 2015 and with his experience in organizing, he contested and won as the Organizing Secretary for GRASAG, UCC chapter.
To him, it’s not the position he occupies, but the marks left behind after executing his duties for the benefit of the larger populace of GRASAG UCC. He has and will continue to serve students with all humility.

Miss. Nancy Grace Baah (WOMEN’S COMMISSIONER)
Nancy Grace Baah is the Women’s Commissioner for Graduate Students Association (GRASAG), UCC local. She stays at Esereso in the Ashanti region, but comes from Ajumako Mando in the Central region. Born on 28th of March, she is the last born of her siblings. Nancy had her primary education at Airport International School in Kumasi where she was the Girls Prefect and passed with distinction.
In 2006, she started her secondary education at Aggrey Memorial A.M.E. Zion Senior High School in Cape Coast where she studied Business and completed in the year 2009. At Aggrey, Nancy joined the Drama Group of Ghana Methodist Students Union (GHAMSU) and became the organizer in her final year.
Her care for everyone and her welcoming behavior informed her decision to pursue Hospitality Management for her first degree in 2010. On campus, Nancy joined Wesleyan Theatre, a wing in GHAMSU and was the organizer for the 2012/2013 academic year and served passionately to reach out to others about God. With her love for God and passion for her program, she completed in 2014 and emerged the “Best Hospitality Student” for her year group. After first degree, Nancy worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, UCC.
In August 2015, she had admission to further her education in Hospitality Management. Her pursuit for MPhil originates from her desire to immensely contribute towards the provision of quality services to meet customers’ satisfaction in the industry by educating others.
Since her infancy, she believes that women are an important factor of life. However, in our society, women are always seen as a tool for the kitchen and creatures who cannot do anything, and as such not given a chance in decision making and other societal activities, until recently where a few laws have been passed to empower women. Nancy has the welfare of women at heart and will do anything to ensure that.
Nancy is efficient, effective and God fearing. She believes more in deeds and not words when it comes to work and will do everything humanly possible to achieve goals to ensure the development of GRASAG-UCC and the nation at large. She is an ambassador for change.
Miss. Maureen Adoma Mireku (VICE-PRESIDENT)
I am Maureen Adoma Mireku, a proud Fante lady from Bantuma Akyinmu in Elmina in the Central region of Ghana. I was born in Cape Coast to Mr. Frederick Mireku Tawiah of blessed memory and Miss Faustina Baidoo. In a family of six (6), I learned to give and earn the respect of all that are due it. I had my Basic education at Montessori School in Cape Coast. After my basic education, I was privileged to attend Mfantsiman SHS, Saltpond for my senior High School Education. In Mfantsiman SHS, I served as the President of Ghana Methodist Student’s union (GHAMSU). As president, learnt and taught the virtue of humility and honesty, determination as well as a dint of hard work and perseverance and these has guided me to date, I as well made leadership by example my hallmark. I believe strongly in the need to treat others as I would have them treat you. From Mfantsiman Girls’, I attended the University of Cape Coast where I graduated with a bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. After my bachelor’s degree, I continued in the same university for a Master of Commerce Degree in Finance.
I aspire to be a motivational speaker to young ladies, encouraging them to be studios and focused. These I believe cannot be achieved unless determination, perseverance as well as a dint of hard work is in place. I am a lady who believes in honesty and the need to inspire others to greater heights I am guided by honesty, equity and fairness.

Mr. Seth Odame-Mensah (PRESIDENT)
Seth Odame-Mensah was born to Mr. Emmanuel Odame Mensah and Beatrice Afua Aseidua. His user friendly name in the political circles is Daasebre Born and bred in a village closer to the Biggest Tree in West Africa. Seth started and completed his Primary Education at Akim Asene Arthur Preparatory School in the Eastern region of Ghana. He was part of the third batch of his “alma matar” and completed with the best results from BECE.
Seth was fortunate to move from the forest zone at that tender age to the coastal area pursue Secondary Education at Ghana National College in Cape Coast (one of Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah’s own school)
After gathering some working experience with Ghana Education Service, Seth had admission to the University of Cape Coast in 2008 to pursue BSC Psychology. Currently Seth Odame-Mensah is pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Educational Psychology
Seth has a guiding principle which he has coined “ Human Nature is a problem and thus Leadership should not be the absence of problems but the presence of solutions” thus he has always availed himself whenever he has the opportunity to serve.
Seth has both be appointed and elected on several occasions to serve both in the society and students front
He has been elected to serve in the following capacities. Valco Hall Students Representative Council (SRC Rep.1), Valco Hall President, International Relations Secretary of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS IRS), currently President of Graduate Students Association of Ghana University of Cape Coast.
He has been nominated to serve on boards and committees to champion students interest. Notable are the Residence Committee of UCC, Valco Hall Council, the Executive council of UCC SRC,, NUGS electoral Commission, NUGS REP on Cuba Solidarity Campaign, Board of Trustee of the Students Emergency Relief Fund and the GRASAG RESEARCH FUND, Institutional Advancement Board, a member of the Governing Council of UCC among others
Among others he has been in the students struggle of this country close to a decade. After several years of divided front of NUGS he was part of the student leaders who fought for the unity the union is now enjoying. He was part of the delegation that sought to secure office space and a vehicle for the smooth running of NUGS.
Daasebre has passion of children, the aged and youth work. He has developed the ability to relate well without any prejudice to race. He is an excellent team player, selfless and an inspirer. His peers could best describe his human relations. He believes that when great minds meet they discuss ideas to better the lots of society. He is always open for new ideas and do not relent in the struggle to achieve expected goals for humanity.He is believes that with God all things are possible and the journey mankind remains forward.
