[metaslider id=7657]The Graduate Students Association of Ghana UCC has held a handing over ceremony to induct into office new executive council to manage the affairs of the Association for the 2018/2019 academic year. The brief but colourful ceremony witnessed the presence of the Dean, School of Graduate Studies, of the University of Cape Coast, Prof. Ernest Okorley who called on the new executive council to serve diligently without self seeking interest.

“I want you to know that it is a service and not a call for making any gains personally. The gain that you will get is the personal experience. Know that it’s a duty call and as a duty call, you simply have to submit yourself” he noted.

Prof. Okorley Charged the new executives to at all time be guided by the principle of serving the interest of the electorate, whom they represent without surmounting to unnecessary pressures. He however expressed his readiness to work with the new executives to achieve the best for the association.
